The whole of Japan M4 (July 1999)

An M5.1 earthquake occurred on the eastern side of the trench axis offshore of the Sanriku (Aomori-Iwate-Miyagi) area. An M6.1 deep-focus earthquake occurred in the sea near Chichijima Island. Also, an M5.1 earthquake occurred in the sea near Chichijima Island.
