Seismic Activity in eastern Yamanashi Pref.

An M4.2 earthquake occurred on 11 February at the border of the Philippine Sea slab and the upper plate near the border of Yamanashi and Kanagawa Prefs. The mechanism was a type showing a NW-SE pressure axis.
