a)A shallow M4.0 earthquake occurred on 29 March in the sea near Tanegashima Island.
Furthermore, although it is outside our time frame, a fairly deep-focus M4.5 earthquake (maximum intensity: 3) occurred on 2 April in the foothill region of northern Miyazaki Pref.
